Mincers.com Return Policy

At Mincers.com customer satisfaction is guaranteed. We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, simply return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

We have an aversion to fine print exceptions and regulations. We want to make our customers' returns and exchanges as easy as possible, which is why Mincers.com will accept returns and exchanges up to 120 days following your shipping date. Mincers.com will credit your original form of payment.

We ask that all returned merchandise is returned in its original condition with tags intact. Please include a copy of your receipt. Returned items should be unworn and in "like-new" condition.

Mincers.com cannot credit shipping and handling charges for returns or exchanges made under normal circumstances. However, in the event of defective merchandise or a shipping error, we will pay for the return shipping of the item(s).

If return shipping is not possible or inconvenient, please feel free to make your returns/exchanges in person at our store.
